Section 87
Provisions related to competition
The employees who have been working continuously until the commencement of this Act in the vacancies to be filled among the approved permanent posts at the local level will be given the opportunity to participate in the open and internal competitive first advertisement examination conducted by the Public Service Commission after the commencement of this Act. There will be no age limit for joining the first advertisement examination for such employees. If you do not participate or fail in the said exam, you will automatically retire.
